Summer has finally arrived in Reykjavík and everyone seems to be in a good mood...

The cast of "Celebration" a play by Harold Pinter, now rehearsing at the National Theatre went downtown to stroll in the sun...

I am playing The Waiter, "A very sweet young man" with a speech impediment, who tells strange stories of his grandfather...

Downtown we met a group of not so sober college students celebrating the last days before their exams begin, of course the nice waiter immediately made new friends...

And Matt, played by Ólafur Darri, even showed a surprisingly affectionate side to his character.

Then again he was in a good mood as he had just bought a second porsche to add to his collection of sportscars.

Russel, a LOMBARD, played by Jón Pál (LOMBARD=Lots Of Money But A Real Dick...) did some shopping at Sævar Karl...

The play is short, just under an hour so we can run it through two times at each rehearsal, this is a bit straining but as they say, you can't make an ommelette without breaking some eggs...?
